STL has recenty finished the development of a new commercial center located in the vibrant and newly developed Elston commercial corridor. The development aims to attract franchises to its unique location by offering a multidirectional marketing approach and by providing convenient ample customer parking. The project fully integrates the importance of marketing and signage into its design defining a single and simply articulated volume which combines brick and glass to generate a rigorous exterior expression.
